1. A time-stamped acknowledgment of receipt will be sent to you immediately by email. Return shipping costs are exclusively your responsibility. Items must be returned in their original packaging, unused, unopened (unsealed), and in perfect condition for resale.

2. Commercial Return Policy (Non-EU Customers) For customers located outside the European Union, you have a period of 30 days from the delivery date to submit a return request. 3. Return Shipping Costs and Address Return shipping fees are the sole responsibility of the customer. We do not provide prepaid return shipping labels.
